These Terms and Conditions apply to all trade sales made by AAS SUPPLIES LTD to business customers via our website, phone, or direct quotation.

Eligibility

We sell only to UK-based business customers. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
  • Payment terms are agreed upon at account setup or checkout.
  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders are accepted at our discretion and subject to stock availability.
  • A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing or dispatch the goods.
  • Minimum order values may apply for trade discounts or free delivery eligibility.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Free delivery is available on qualifying orders within the UK mainland.
  • Delivery is complete when goods arrive at the address provided.

Risk and Title

  • Risk passes to the customer on delivery.
  • Title to the goods remains with AAS SUPPLIES LTD until payment is received in full.

Returns and Faulty Goods

  • Faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

      •   Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused items in resaleable condition.

  • Custom or special-order items and unsealed PPE cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.

Liability

  • AAS SUPPLIES LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
  • We do not accept liability for misuse or improper installation of products.

Intellectual Property

  • AAS SUPPLIES LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
